· Receiving appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
You may withdraw consent at any time in writing, but this may affect our ability to provide care.
3. Booking and Cancellation Policy
· Appointments must be booked via our website.
· Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
· Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
· No‑show: Failure to attend without notice will result in a 100% charge of the consultation fee.
4. Fees and Payment
· Consultation fees are payable in full at the time of consultation.
· Payment methods: We accept Yoco.
· Invoices: We provide a detailed invoice after payment, which you may submit to your medical aid.
· Medical aid: We do not submit claims directly to medical aids. Payment is your responsibility. We do not guarantee any reimbursement from your medical aid. Please confirm your cover with your scheme before booking.
5. Refund Policy
· Consultation fees are non‑refundable once services have been rendered.
· If we cancel your appointment, you will be offered a rescheduled time or a full refund.
6. Telehealth Consultations
· Telehealth consultations are provided via secure video platforms. It is your responsibility to ensure a private, suitable environment.
· Telehealth services are subject to the same fees and policies as in‑person consultations.
· If a telehealth consultation is deemed unsuitable, we may advise an in‑person visit.
7. Website Use
· The content on this website is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for personal medical concerns.
· We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
